Recognition
Parking, simplified.
A car arrives. The camera reads the plate. The session opens itself. Everything after that — the tariff, the receipt, the barrier, the books — is already handled.
One second, start to finish.
Everything between a car arriving and a session existing, at the speed you choose.

The whole lot
One screen for everything that moves.
Aplo is not a camera with a dashboard bolted on. It is the operating system for the site.
01
Sessions
Every car currently inside, how long it has been there, what it owes right now.
02
Spaces
Occupancy counted, not typed. Assign spaces, reserve them, or let the count run itself.
03
Tariffs
Hourly, daily, overnight, weekend, grace periods, caps. Priced by rule, not by memory.
04
Subscriptions
Monthly parkers and company accounts, with their vehicles, periods and renewals.
05
Payments
Card, cash, app or on credit — settled at the counter and reconciled to the till.
06
Services
A car wash or a valet is a line on the same session and the same receipt.
07
Violations
Overstays and unpaid exits are recorded against the vehicle, with the frame that proves it.
08
Reports
Revenue, occupancy, shifts and credit, exportable the moment an accountant asks.
Operations
The floor and the office, in sync.
The attendant at the booth and the owner on a phone in another city are looking at the same numbers, updated as the cars move. No end-of-day export, no version that is almost right.

Exit
Let them out with a text.
On entry the driver gets a link. It opens on a phone that has never signed in to anything, shows what is owed as it grows, takes the payment, and lifts the barrier. No ticket to lose, no machine to queue at, no app to install.
- 01Sent by SMS or email the moment the session opens.
- 02The amount updates while the car is still parked.
- 03Paid on the phone, or at the counter — the session does not care.

Regulars
The customers who never take a ticket.
Most of a lot's revenue is not walk-ups. It is the twelve companies down the road, the hotel next door, the forty people who park here every working day. Aplo treats them as accounts, not as exceptions.
01
Subscriptions
A period, a price and a list of vehicles. Renewals, prorations and lapses handled without a reminder in someone's phone.
02
Company accounts
One invoice for many drivers. Each stay recorded against the company, settled monthly instead of at the barrier.
03
On credit
Επί πιστώσει — let the car out, write the charge down, collect it at the counter or on the next subscription payment. With a limit, and a running balance.
Accountability
The till balances itself.
A shift opens, cash and card move through it, and it closes against a number that was calculated rather than remembered. Withdrawals are recorded. Discrepancies surface the same evening, not at the end of the month.
- 01
- Shift open
- Every payment attaches to the person on duty.
- 02
- Withdrawals
- Money leaving the till is a record, not a note.
- 03
- Shift close
- Counted against expected, with the difference in plain sight.
Scale
Many lots. One Aplo.
Each site gets its own address, its own staff, its own tariffs and its own books — tydeos.aploparking.com, and the one after that. The group sees all of them together. Nobody logs in twice.
Simple is the hard part.
Anyone can add a feature. Aplo is what is left after the ones that were not needed were taken out.
