Terms of service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
The short version: pay for what you use, do not resell it, we keep it running and your data stays yours. The longer version follows.
The agreement
These terms cover the use of Aplo by a parking operator and their staff. A signed order form, where one exists, takes precedence over anything here that contradicts it.
What you pay
A subscription per parking lot, monthly or annually in advance, at the plan agreed. Hardware, installation, SMS and any bespoke work are billed separately at cost. Prices exclude VAT.
What we provide
The service as described on this site, with updates as they ship, and support during published hours. We aim for continuous availability and will tell you honestly when we have not achieved it.
What you are responsible for
Lawful operation of your lot, including the signage and notices that make plate recognition lawful where you are; the accuracy of the tariffs you configure; and the conduct of the staff accounts you create.
Data
Your records remain yours throughout and after. You may export them at any time. On termination we keep them available for ninety days, then delete them.
Ending it
Either side may end a subscription at the close of a paid period, in writing. We will not hold your operation hostage over a notice clause.
Liability
Our liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid in it. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law
Greek law applies, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
